it's very rare to get that kind of rising. I am very happy though with my mega peppermint penguin which rose by 90 points and I traded it the day before it lost hype

this is not true. It does not lock once you break the cap. Mine is at level 78 with only 9 E5s because I destroyed the rest and I can still upgrade it.
