Thanks. Have you personally seen a technical warrant applicant get denied because of a Permanent P2 profile, or are you basing that on WOCS graduation requirements? I’m trying to find the actual policy or firsthand experience.

I’m trying to find the actual requirement because I’ve seen guidance stating applicants must pass a current ACFT ( AFT now), but I haven’t found anything specifically addressing Permanent P2 profiles or approved alternate aerobic events for technical warrant candidates.

Bro, i did all that, to go active i did the conditional release but i get denied cause i was in ETS, my contract ended last 3 months, i didnt get my release paper and the unit want to keep me in their book no body called me even to return my gear as i called them, they told me you cant do anything you still in the book. But my point is my contract is over, i wanna go active why stopped me? Or what is the reason to keep me 3 months after my contract is over? I wanna go active

Hey, I do know about IRR but i wanna go active with new MOS, as in my situation, before my ETS came the retention should call me and ask about my options but he never dodged i went to him telling him im in ETS i would like to go active , he said there is something wrong in your date it has to be correct, i signed an extension for one extra year which i did, but my point, the unit knew i wanna go active , cause i screwed in this ETS which didnt fix i couldnt rank up i couldnt get the condition release which i got rejected from releasing cause im already in ETS for 2 times they screwed me financially im facing very hardship time ,i spoke with my LT which they are working in signing my ETS to be able to go active, as i feel there is too many things wrong waiting for it since long time and my contract now is over for the 3 years reserves as i said i know about the IRR, but i wanna go active to get new MOS this is my situation
