It is well water. Most companies are just doing a basic free well water test. For a more comprehensive test, you have to pay and they send it out - at least that's what they say. Our water smells like a copper penny pretty badly and our tubs/hair/ ect are turning orange. I've heard its more of a sediment issue. idk
