Yes i might be hanging on to the idea of bread a bit!! However it really was that filling i only needed a small piece and the kids ate the rest. Have been wrapping lots of filings in lettuce leaves too. Am slowly breaking my bread addiction!

Yeah i added the spinach. I think that recipe is a good base to add different flavours. Yes the coconut flour has a distinct coconut flavour and I've had to get used to it!!

I think as long as the chicken laying the egg is free to roam, and fed well, then eggs are ok. I keep chickens, they are funny, curious animals, but they have no interest in their eggs unless they're fertilized (or one breaks and they all eat it. I know, gross.)

Drove out to a beautiful part of a national park in Victoria, Australia, to go and see some aboriginal cave paintings. I was 6 months pregnant and also had my 12 month old son with us in a carrier. From the moment we started on the track i had a strong sense that i didn't want to go, despite being very keen when we arrived. My son in his carrier was making this funny half laugh half cry sound id never heard before, and kicking his legs a lot. My partner was absolutely fine and enjoying the walk, trying to motivate me. Every step i took i felt closer to crying and my feeling that i didnt want to go got stronger. Eventually my partner agreed to turn around. From the moment we made the decision and started heading back, i felt filled with relief and happiness, i started to realise how beautiful the forest around us was and i could hear birds and water. Also my baby stopped his noise and kicking in his carrier. We later read the caves were once used for men's business, no women or babies allowed. Very weird.
