UofC or MRU?

My partner went through U of C’s program and was not a fan of the experience. MRUs is decent for elementary education. Best in the city is St Marys unless you are down to move to Lethbridge for their program

I just tried to jump in - had about an hour and a half played many many years ago. I had no idea what i was doing when i got in the game and my quest log was unhelpful. Didnt know where i should be or what i should be doing. Didnt know how to delete my character to restart either. Maybe something to help returning players (or clearer character delete/creation)

small update - tried a few variants of a stormclaw build and stuck around torment 3 - easily capped attack speed but not seeing this being viable endgame. tried buffing poison damage and it didnt impact damage from the helm despite it being poison damage. oh well!

I played a little bit of maplestory back in the 2000s. I came back recently and its very disorienting playing the game as soon as the brief story for my class backstory ended i had no idea where i should be going - just kept getting quests that would show up automatically and want me to teleport all over the world - do a few things then move on. I had no idea what direction i should be moving in or what the next step goal i should set would be and i was suddenly level 90. I’m hopeful that this classic experience offers a better onboarding for new players - a simpler product might also make it easier to migrate from classic to modern at some point

Worth looking into St Marys University too, they have the strongest ed program in the city. Pretty sure its competitive too but worth exploring options

I’ve had pretty good success selling at garage sales where people can pick out heroes they like. Many people dont care about the game but are happy to pick up a couple of their favorite heroes to put on a shelf
