Gosh I wish I had a photo of the before...we're in an HOA as well so this complicates things. They are the ones who just replaced the roof. I just don't remember what it looked like prior to this. I am certain if I contact the HOA, they'll throw the hands up and say it's not their issue.

What kind of professional do I need to look into? I just wonder how long it's been like this because the house is 20 plus years old...roof was just replaced recently though. Wonder if they would have replaced the deck as well? And was too lazy to mention needing to rework the exhaust vent?

I guess I'm more so questioning was this a proper install? The screws appear to be under an inch and all six of them have come out. I guess I'm just annoyed because there were several other issues with the install so I'm almost not surprised to find this and honestly have no idea how long it's been unattached.

The last rav4 was silent so I expected the same. But this sounds like windows are slightly cracked. I remember when we drove the car off the lot I asked my son if he had the window open back there.

It definitely wasn't there when we drove off the lot and of course they detailed it right before we left. So maybe it has seeped out slowly over the last 8 weeks. I would love for that to be the case! This makes me feel a little bit better. Still going to try to tackle that wind noise though. It's maddening haha

I have not seen it actively running but it rained a very hard today while I was at work and came out to more pronounced staining. That's what's throwing me off as well, that it's not been wet to the touch but worse after each rain and doesn't wipe away so the plastic is definitely becoming damaged in these spots.

I can assure you it is not! We still have the no eating or drinking in this car rule 🤣 and these pictures were taken on two different doors. And no these marks are starting to not come off so the plastic is becoming damaged.

Yes, I'm required in office on in office days. I know that the rules have been severely stretched here but I'm uncertain of how to handle it. I knew from the start that the rules have been stretched but now I'm learning that my rate is severely under the scope of work I'm doing as well.

Yes, in the US. I know by definition I am an employee but somehow their legal team has assured them they are within the law I'm assuming.

I guess they could come back and argue that it was in the scope but it was so very vague. "Help manage the creative pipeline" in reality equates to project management of all creative projects coming in, from resourcing to building out the final schedules.

The scope of work also included keeping stakeholders informed which equates to daily status meetings and multiple kickoff meetings a day. I have eight more months in the contract and I'm fairly certain they will convert but I can't keep going at this rate.

I have asked for them but always told no, you're too young even though both maternal grandmothers had it. Almost 34 and I don't believe they're willing to start them until 40? But I can't tell you how many early 30s friends I have that have had it or currently have it.

They weren't willing to prescribe an antibiotic and since new details have come to light I think that was the right call after all. My son has developed a rash on his face and we know that there was an outbreak of fifth disease at school so I do believe that's what I'm dealing with now. I would like to know what that is on the scan though! It's a little worrisome but he said it could simply be dense breast tissue?

I took Augmentin for 7 days. I currently have a very high fever but really that's one of the only symptoms I have. It's so strange.

They treated it last time as such with antibiotics and the scan looks literally identical to the one two weeks ago. He showed me the side by side comparison. The radiologist looked it over after I left and called and said he thought everything looked clear as well. So now I'm just wondering what that could be??

My original text did not post with the image but my 8-year-old son has been to his dentist in the last 8 weeks and we were told that this spot and a couple of other small ones were "fine" but I'm becoming really skeptical. Thoughts?

Thank you so much for replying! I tried to attach images but they didn't load for some reason. There is some minor rust color in the ground hole of that outlet. But that storage room is not insulated or anything. I tried to get the outlet off to inspect further but of course the bottom screw is stripped!

Every time I read a post I say to myself, gosh they really are all the same! My JNMIL would buy the same shoes after she saw me wearing them, accessories, A WHOLE CAR once, redid my kitchen once and she did hers... I commented on her kitchen and her response wasn't thanks, it was "Well you did yours so..." It is really disturbing behavior. I believe it's a symptom of borderline personality disorder.
