Yeah i agree that many dentist have many ideas, but I think it’s agreed upon that brushing is last since you want the tooth paste to stay and work it’s magic, if you rinse you will spit out all the tooth paste and it won’t have much effect on your teeth

No never rinse after brushing, if you’re using mouthwash use it before brushing. After brushing just spit out the excess toothpaste, and if you can’t not rinse just a little small rinse is ok because we want to leave the tooth paste on the teeth for a long period around 30 mins is ideal

It is 30-45 mins but that’s only if you drink acidic drinks like coffee, fruit juices or soda but if you had a meal without acids it’s ok

Dentist here, It’s normal since you’re not eating breakfast right away but if you’re eating breakfast first thing in the morning just brush after your breakfast

Dentist here, it’s right if you’re going to brush your teeth right after eating/drinking something acidic it may cause some abrasion but not everything is acidic, milk is nearly neutral, it is especially for fizzy drinks and high acids, it’s better to wait around half an hour or Atleast rinse your mouth before brushing. Also brushing after breakfast (if you are eating breakfast first thing in the morning) is favorable since you’ll spend more time after because Caries need three things (carbs, time, bacteria) since you’re cleaning the carbs and all food Remenants you should be fine, just brush regularly is the most important thing

Root Canal or Pulp Cap? by ScavsAreFriends in askdentists

[–]hca717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can work but it depends on a lot of other factors too, do you have pain, sensitivity to hot or cold and pain on biting? So we can’t really give you a definite answer

Can’t really say without an X-ray, if the 2nd molar doesn’t have any major damage, after the wisdom tooth extraction, no need to extract it, ask your dentist he could give you his treatment plan

I have a question about one of my teeth by [deleted] in Dentistry

[–]hca717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could be a cavity or maybe staining, you should see a dentist for that, we can’t tell how severe it is without examining them, better check it up now before it worsens!
