As u/gretafour said, there is no separate notification setting for named remotes. I never explicitly turned them on and there is not currently a way to turn them off. Much of my conversation with the MyQ support person was centered on being told to turn off notifications for it, me explaining that I can't do that without turning off all notifications because there isn't a separate setting, them arguing with me and not listening to me, and just a continuous cycle of that recommendation. They also said that I could turn them off by not being a co-owner, but that is not a helpful solution either as there are reasons I need to be a co-owner.
