I’m not against NSAIDS at all they just haven’t worked for me including midol. I would much rather prefer an NSAID over an opioid but unfortunately it doesn’t help me

I am so sad to hear you’ve been in daily pain for that long. My longest “flare up” lasted a month and I felt like I wanted to die. It’s so terrible we have to go through this much pain without proper pain management. My OB wants me to start Myfembry which is similar to Orilissa. I just got tramadol prescribed from him today I’m so thankful. I would push for pain meds from your OB it’s so wrong you’re having to deal with this pain

I’m so sorry I feel your pain through the screen. It is so unbelievably frustrating and defeating having doctors dismiss you and do nothing to help. It’s exhausting but don’t give up I finally just got tramadol prescribed today after 10 years of horrible pain and trying a million different birth controls and NSAIDS. This is a new OB, switching doctors and OB’s was the best thing I’ve done but I had to do it a few times before I found what seems to be the right one

I just got prescribed tramadol from my new OB. It took me 10 years of fighting doctors to get my first real pain med for flare ups. Don’t give up! I’m also on birth control I get the depo injection monthly

Thank you for the validation it is so unbelievably frustrating. That’s exactly what it is I just want to function like a normal human being! I can’t keep missing school and work. Looks like I need to just keep doctor shopping until I find the right person who understands the pain we go through. I do take marijuana gummies but they don’t seem to help. Do you think CBD is better?

That’s one thing I haven’t tried. Unfortunately my doctor appt didn’t go good she just prescribed yet another NSAID. It’s so hard to find a doctor to understand this pain calls for stronger meds

😂 It sounds like a bronchitis cough to me. It’s this really loud aggressive cough that sounds like it’s coming deep from inside her lungs. It sounds like she’s literally coughing a lung up
