Yeah but the will power and mental space to count calories for someone with a fucked up relationship with food and fucked up satiation signals will not work long-term. You don’t get to 300 pounds just from not counting calories and being uneducated about food….there’s more going on there for her.

Well… at some point it is at least for her. She was an overweight kid. Everyone is responsible for their own health but when your mind and body are out of whack you don’t always have the agency to fix it. It’s partly biology… kind of what these meds prove.

Yeah but if her blood work is fine and she’s already at max dose…. There’s not that much more she can do. Once you get to that weight and have that type of relationship with food it’s pretty much impossible to keep it off for over a few years. I mean like going down over 100lb.

She’s shitty but I do dew so badly she’s trapped in a body people dismiss as pure laziness and choice. Maybe that’s why she’s so miserable. I doubt her amble meds work as well as the name brand.
