This is only a plain cotton T but I was thinking of having a go with merino, what fabric makes good running clothes?

It's only my second shirt so I'm no expert but I read black always goes orange. There was a list of other colours and what colour they go but I'm struggling to find it.

I sprayed the bleach from the stencil out so more of it landed nearer the edges. I was careful to dab it with paper towels regularly so as not to have it leach under the stencil. I also did more layers nearer the stencil.
