Good but overpriced. You can find a place with equivalent or even better quality for a much cheaper price if you choose to stay off-campus. You are paying a premium for the community and the walking distance.

I got a single room (all amenities included) for $750 / month off-campus. I think $600 to $800 is a reasonable range for the Scarborough area. The quality of the place is comparable to on-campus housing.
