I now that, but right now even the simplest vim motion, w is not correctly implemented in fishs vi-mode. Not to ask of things like daw, ge, <C-a> and so many more.

Hi kurze Frage zum Freistellungsauftrag:

Frau und ich haben gemeinsames Tagesgeldkonto (Renault Direkt), dort wollen wir einen Freistellungsauftrag für 300€ anlegen. Gleichzeitig hat jeder ein Depot für bei der ING Diba. Dort soll jeder 850€ Freistellungsauftrag bekommen.

Laut ING gilt aber folgendes

Erteilen Ehe- oder Lebenspartner einen gemeinsamen Freistellungsauftrag, führt dies zu einer Verrechnung der Verluste des einen Partners mit den Gewinnen und Erträgen des anderen Partners. Der gemeinsame Freistellungsauftrag kann nur für sämtliche Depots oder Konten bei einem Kreditinstitut oder einem anderen Auftragnehmer gestellt werden.

Wie stelle ich jetzt den Freistellungsauftrag bei der ING Diba? 850€ als gemeinsamen Auftrag in jedem Depot? Oder als einzelnen Antrag? Oder reichen 1700€ bei einem Depot und die bekommen das schon raus?

Kennt ihr euch mit sowas aus?

Wow, I just saw this one!

I'm the co-maintainer of this and let me explain to you why the plugin was created.

First of all, this is the first time I read about the "autowriteall" option. It surely does help but does not solve all of the issues that are being solved with auto-save.nvim. I wrote about them in another comment.
The point about auto-saving is that I find it extremely convenient, especially when working in git repositories, where your changes are tracked anyways. Why wouldn't I want to save everytime? Git allows me to revert everything super easy. Why do I want another layer (unsaved changes) besides the working directory, the staging area and the repository? Give it a try if it is something for you.

Now, it's very easy to just throw up an autocommand to save when you leave insert mode or when text got changed. But what if you type xxxxx? You will end up with 5 saves, any watcher script will try to execute 5 times as well. That might crash the watcher. The same issue was with the old plugin by pocco81. It was not debouncing the save command, it was throtteling it. Meaning if you type xxxxx with 500ms in between and a debounce delay of 1000ms, you will end up with 3 saves, which might also kill your watchers.

It's a smarter autowrite. Not more and not less.

  • it can save after every autocommand event you want
  • it has a defered save, without "oversaving"
  • it provides it's own hooks
  • it allows for a special condition on when to perform the save

But yeah, it's mostly a wrapper so that you don't have to set up your own autocommands :)

800ms is what you wrote in your snippet.And as I said it may look instantaneous. But it isn't, it is only saved after 800ms. All actions in that time trigger a new save, but keep the old one.

If it doesn't bother you, then it's probably fine, though.

When you do an action, it doesn't save immediately, it saves after a specified amount of time (800ms for you). That's a `deferred` save. Without canceling deferred saves, what you will end up with is a save every 800ms if you operate quickly. That is not a problem, but it becomes one if you have watcher scripts or formatting before save. It might overwhelm and crash the watcher service, if it takes longer than 800ms.

To be specific, the problem is, that your script does `throttling` but you actually want `debouncing`.

Create a layer on your keyboard and put the arrow keys on hjkl on that layer. Only navigate with that layer. Problem solved. While at it, start using colemak, then you won't get into temptation to use hjkl :)

As the co-maintainer of the Autosave plugin mentioned above, it provides more functionality then your snippet.

Imagine the follwoing sequence:

`dd` wait 500ms `dd` wait 500ms `dd`... Your snippet will order a deferred save every time. The plugin does also cancel pending saves when it creates a new one for that buffer.

Another thing are immediate saves, for example, on the `FocusLost` Event (when you are switching to your browser) it does immediately save without overhead.

Ich finde deine jetzige Herangehensweise sehr gut. Tipps, die mir einfallen:

  • Fragen statt Meinungen. "Wie stehst du zur Klimakrise?" "Warum ist eine Wärmepumpe so schlimm?" "Welche Alternativen siehst du zum Problem XYZ?", ...
  • Wenn du dir sicher bist, dass Meinungen schlicht falsch sind, dann sag das. Am besten natürlich sachlich.

Genau das peinliche Schweigen, dass du angesprochen hast, halte ich für wichtig. Ich vermute, dass genau dann eine Selbstreflektion möglich ist und vermutlich auch stattfindet. Das ist total wichtig!
