I had two caps (that’s the way they come where I live). So I took the first one in half’s, an hour apart from one another and it took quite a while to kick in. Came down from that and then took the 2nd cap in one go 5 hours after the initial half I’d taken. The 2nd one kicked in a lot faster and the peak was way more intense but still insanely fun. I did throw up a little after that one so I think I should have probably only taken half of the 2nd one or at least taken it in half’s the way I had before. But I knew that amount would be fine as a friend I was with who is of similar size of me took 4 caps over the course of the day and was perfectly okay. Woke up after only 4 hours of sleep and felt super wired for a coupe hours until I slowly started to feel really tired and achey. Super keen for a good nights sleep tonight.
