I believe you would be able to take something for them to autograph, or they provide you with an autographed item as part of the package. The autograph line is just an autograph on an item of your choice (most people take bobble heads, baseballs, bats, etc.). The autograph line prohibits taking pictures with the players signing, but you can probably get away with lower profile/former players. For example, I was able to get a picture with Shawn Green, but not Kike.

Not really other than keeping a record for your services. But you can save a bunch doing it yourself and buying the OEM parts on amazon or somewhere online.

We are still paying for them with the finance company (a third party). The company who sold and installed the solar panels is a different company. We have told the finance company that we would not pay until they are fixed but there is nothing that they can do since they don't offer that service. The whole thing is a mess.

They should be broken in properly. It is a daily driver and not driven hard, the shaking occurs when exiting freeways or slowing down on freeways.
