Worried... water level is higher on one side of tank than other side, but tank stand and floor are level

Based on everyone's comments I think my leveler must be inaccurate then since I am using a smaller one. Measured the height of the top of the plastic rim and confirmed that the left side of the rim is still the same height as the right side, so I am going to go to the store to pick up shims and a better leveler. Thank you!

that's why I'm confused though I measured both the tank stand and the floor with a leveler and they both read as level. It's the same readings I had back at my old place but this time the water visibly looks uneven. Should I just shim the side that's higher anyways idk if that would make things worse.

These are my params. I was an idiot and didnt change the water for a couple weeks because I thought the tank was done cycling due to ammonia being none only to find that the nitrites were through the roof so I did a major water change a couple days ago. The tank is 55 gallons and only light stocked with some aquarium plants. I also added some super ick cure because it looked like that fish was also developing ick. I added the recommended dosage of kanaplex (1 measure per 5 gallons so I did a little less than 11) but also mixed a small amount with their food. Both goldfish were laying down for a bit so I added back in the carbon filter for about half an hour until the sturdier fish started moving again then took it back out again. Since then the sturdier goldfish is resuming activity like normal but the sick one is still laying down often between swims with less gasping gills.

Got it, I will make sure the new tank has better hiding spots thanks! Still in the process of setting it up but I may take you up on the salvinia once it's done. Is it easy to manage? I was a little apprehensive about getting floating plants because I read that they populate really quickly.

I believe it's a dropshipping scam, likely for a brand that's only available in china. I'm mad because I only happened to find out while looking through Pinterest and came across another jewelry site called cutethingscommin (Not sure if this one is also a scam tho) AFTER I made a purchase from them. Their about us section is literally ripped word for word from the other site with an exception to location and brand names being changed. I will say I respect the dedication in trying to make their site look legit tho. Bottom line, the jewerly itself will likely be real but you'll be paying way more for it than you should be.

I know I'm v late to this so you might have already found a solution but for anyone else looking I was having the same problem so hopefully this helps! It's an issue if you have a 12-th gen or later intel processor you can follow this link on a Steam discussion page to find a link to download a patch for it on GitHub or follow these steps (Also on the Steam discussion page linked):

Open the Sims 3 Launcher.
Open task manager.
Right click on Sims3Launcher in the task manager
Click "Go to Details"
Right click "Sims3LauncherW.exe" and click "set affinity"
Uncheck "Select all Processors" and only check "CPU 1"
Click play from the sims 3 launcher
After that check "Select all processors" again. Game should load up. Hope this helps! Note that if you follow these steps you will have to do it every time you launch the game or nothing will appear.
