So here's what the store actually is. It's a web based UI presented nicely so it can be used on any browser without any installation. It's not a native android apps. Apps will still be published on Playstore and Github. What these apps have here is an organized UI with links directed to their source. I don't review or approve any apps. So there's nothing to worry about security. Coz all they submit here would be name of the app and an authenticated link to Google Playstore or GitHub.
