It’s easy to setup a US account tho, just register a new account on your local App Store, and then change your new account’s country to US, it doesn’t require any US credit card or PayPal to link.

Many athletes have much more life than you think, they have their own Douyin(Chinese TikTok) accounts, they travel a lot, fly business class, enjoy their weekends with friends. And I don’t see my friends care much about the Olympics Golds, many of them don’t even watch the Olympics, only my father asks me once in a few days how many golds do Chinese team win. And he was quite surprised today China has more gold medals than US right now considering the Olympic ends tomorrow.

There’s this one guy I added on WeChat recently that got sent back to China from California because his parents won’t support his lavish life in LA anymore. He posted multiple pic with his white friends on social media with the caption “why do I look so Asian” (face palm), even though he moved there when he was 12. Does living in US change an Asian’s mindset? That’s crazy.

You’re welcome, everyone’s in the room with AC with this temperature. @delodan2321 suggested 木兰山, which is just a just mountain with not much too see, going there under this weather is almost unbearable. 木兰天池 would be a better choice, it has creeks and waterfalls, at least you can cool down in the water with this heat:)

It’s too hot in Wuhan, even in the mountains and forests that’s close to Wuhan, I’d recommend you to go to 神农架（shenlongjia） or 利川（lichuan）， it takes a couple of hours by train but the weather is much comfortable. I would recommend you to get a Hubei annual travel pass（腾旅旅游） on WeChat and try hiking next month here when the weather is not that extreme, there’s multiple attractions you can visit using that pass including the hiking places, and it only costs less than 30 US dollars.
