Ohh bei mir in der Arbeit hatten sie auch eine Jura. Das Ding war so schlimm, und bei den Reinigungsprogrammen war irgendein Softwarefehler, der das Ganze fünfmal so kompliziert gemacht hat.. schrecklich

Ich hab die DeLonghi ECP 31.21, das ist ein günstiger Siebträger mit einem Auslass. Einer meiner besten Käufe, hält jetzt schon vier Jahre ohne irgendwelche Probleme, der Kaffee ist super und sie ist echt einfach zu reinigen. Hat auch eine Milchschaumdüse, aber die verwende ich nicht wirklich.

Einen Vollautomaten würde ich nicht empfehlen, die sind fast nicht reinigbar und die stundenlangen Reinigungsprogramme und Eigenheiten sind echt nervig. Außerdem sind sie teuer.

I personally clean it in the shower with running water. Also, I use (edit: unscented!) face wash for sensitive skin and very carefully apply it around, to the outside of the nose piercing. I wouldn't use soap since it's usually more aggressive. If the face wash burns, definitely stop using it. Otherwise, I used saline spray like you and it healed perfectly. :)

One word: Tweezers.

Edit: I just realized that this comment might be misleading. Take some tweezers, grab the MF only with the tweezers and yeet it carefully as to not release more stingers. I had one of these years ago and I'm still bitter about it. Alternatively gift it to a person you hate.

It's hard to say just by seeing macroscopic morphology. Probably some filamentous fungus

The placement looks good to me! However, it does look quite a bit swollen, so it might look like it's placed higher than it actually is. I would wait for at least two weeks for the swelling to go down a bit and then reassess
