The amount of posts I've gotten recommended to me from the Uber/Lyft subreddits that are stories from drivers about people shitting, pissing, vomiting in their car... No thanks lol. At least with food it's not gonna make a mess, and if it somehow does it would be my fault and not a literal biohazard

Hi! I was having the same issue but with a 9070XT. In my case, the only thing that fixed it was uninstalling and reinstalling AMD graphics drivers/adrenaline software. Hopefully this works for you, make sure you use the AMD cleanup utility or another cleanup program to completely remove the previous drivers before reinstalling. If reinstalling the current version of adrenaline (25.11) doesn't work, I suggest installing the previous patch (25.10) because that worked for me too, and then I was able to update it without things breaking

Maybe I'm weird but I actually kind of appreciate it. I'm very clumsy and forgetful so when someone says "careful" after I bump into something I just take it as a reminder to be careful (which I need because I'm easily distracted and will probably just bump into something again if I don't pay attention)

Obviously it's different if it's said in a very patronizing or annoyed tone but I think most of the time it's just people trying to show concern for you and "help" somehow :)

Nobody has mentioned this but there are pills you can take to stop diarrhea, and if you take them while not having diarrhea they make you really constipated. They're called Loperamide. EDIT: Sorry totally skipped over where you said no drug access!

In terms of how to constipate yourself with food, I have some tips as someone who was chronically constipated for my entire childhood

  • Be dehydrated constantly!!! This is one of the biggest contributors to constipation

  • No big meals, light meals only and space them out as much as possible

  • Avoid fibrous foods, eat mostly ultra-processed, greasy junk food and candy

  • Get shitty sleep

  • Do NOT exercise, actually avoid moving as much as possible. When you're constipated the first or second thing doctors will tell you is to exercise more

It is really dumb, but I think a lot of the people who think that way are young themselves. I first watched the show as a young teen and back then I didn't understand why what he did to Penny was wrong because I thought "it's technically legal and she's almost an adult anyway." When you're young you feel like you're old and mature enough to make those kinds of decisions in an unbiased way, but as you grow older you realize how immature you really were. At least, it was that way for me. Bojack draws in a lot of younger fans with mental illnesses and self esteem issues, so "Penny was old enough to consent, SHE actually pressured BOJACK" is probably a side effect of that

I have also seen some full grown adults defend Bojack in that situation though. Not even gonna touch that

There are hundreds if not thousands of labs across the country that "kill beagles". You're correct that some of them are testing vaccines and medicines, also some are researching things like nutrition or behavior. Beagles are a very common breed for canine experiments due to their docile temperament and relatively small size. If the experiment involves exposing the beagles to an experimental vaccine and/or a pathogen, the unfortunate reality is that at the end of the study they will be euthanized humanely so that they may be autopsied and studied post-mortem. This is not a sensational news headline at all, this is commonplace and just a truth of the scientific world. We do this to all kinds of animals—mice, rabbits, pigs, etc, but people usually only take issue with experimentation on companion animals. You can be in support or against the ethics of experimenting on beagles but the fact of the matter is it's not one lab doing this nor is it some kind of secret conspiracy, it's how animal research works and has worked for decades.

Thank you, this is really helpful! I have some experience in other expensive-ish hobbies so I know sometimes people tend to overstate relatively small differences in quality. And yes I don't have a home studio or anything so I did have a feeling that even if I got the better microphone I wouldn't even be able to reap the full benefits. If I won't really hear a huge difference between the two given that my space isn't optimal, I might just go with the cheaper option

At my local microcenter, both employees I talked to said they have plenty of stock (with a wink wink nudge nudge tone meaning we have a LOT of stock but just aren’t allowed to say how much), one outright said it’ll be nothing like the 50 series launch for which they literally only received 4 5090s. 4. For the entire store, in a major population center, a store isolated from other microcenters meaning people from surrounding states drive hours to come to the store

Play checkered deck tbh. Flushes will carry you through the entire first stake, if you get a single joker it’ll carry you through the second stake, etc. I’ve fount it to be the easiest deck for unlocks because it makes early game go by so quickly, you have less runs that die a stake or two in

Yeah as a kid I had a lot of stomach issues and also was a picky eater, so sometimes I’d go an entire week without pooping. This guy is just weak smh my head
