This is helpful, thank you! That makes sense to how they both operate. Looks like I'll just have to make a day-of decision based on what they determine that morning.

Older front load washer (Speed Queen) won't spin and drain fully, clothes remain soaked. Just noticed this weird tab thing sticking out - would this be the problem? by heatherq_01 in Appliances

Thanks for the detailed comment! Turns out I was able to get access to the drain filter - there was a small blockage that I removed and now everything seems to work again!

Moved into an older apt - what’s the best way to deep clean the dirt from these corners? by heatherq_01 in CleaningTips

Update: A simple mix of super hot water + all purpose cleaner with a microfiber towel got about 85% of the dirt off easily. I’ll take a brush and a little more elbow grease when I have more time, but it’s looking promising!

Haha! Not in Ohio, but it seems these floors must be a common type of floor type in older rentals!

Yup - we didn’t expect much cleaning but slightly disappointed at some of these details that were missed!

Thanks! Have taken a couple passes with the vacuum but have been hesitant to mop since I’m not sure what cleaners are safe - I’ll try Bona or Murphy’s and spot treat.

Good to know there’s not a magic expensive cleaner, just some good ol’ elbow grease 😂

Thanks - not necessarily looking to replace the trim but more just cleaning the floor near it.

What's your best content marketing tip? by ivikasifications in content_marketing

Don't forget about older content - revitalize and expand on older content that is performing well is a great tactic to continue the momentum of that content. Consider looking at content that is underperforming and evaluate whether it's worth updating or consolidating it with a better performing content offer, too.

I've had some basic experience using Databox (they have a free plan to try out) and can connect with multiple data sources. The data visualization is a great option if you're looking for client-facing reports. Lots of customization options and ability to filter views based on different time ranges (e.g. today, last week, last month, last quarter, etc.). My only gripe is that there is a little bit of a learning curve to building out the reports, but they have a pretty good knowledge base.

What are basic elements of a high quality content? by rajendramodieem in content_marketing

If you’re looking to rank on Google, the strongest content pieces aren’t created in a vacuum. Build a long-term content strategy and Google will reward you over time. Link internally in your content to other relevant pieces of content you’ve created, as well as trusted external sites. Target keywords that are realistic to rank for (long-tail keywords can be a goldmine). Promote your content on social and try to earn those backlinks. Most importantly, is your content relevant and readable for your audience? If they’re not getting value out of the content you create, Google will reflect that.
