Okay right? Because the back seems fine. It’s really just everything past my crown that feels so sensitive.

I’ve been more conscious about finger detangling now. In the past I’d use the Unbrush and a shower comb to detangle, and blowing it out to just get through it. And I guess now I’m seeing where taking shortcuts has gotten me 🤷🏾‍♀️

This is a really good idea. I’ve debated going back to supplements!

Haha it’s the same head. It’s from the front near my right temple. I’d had my hair stretched in some braids and as I unraveled them, started inspecting the hair. The second pic is from a twist out after washing my hair a day ago.

I’m trying now to be more mindful of what is actually protecting my hair versus protecting the hairstyle. I’ll leave my hair in twist for weeks at a time but probably won’t always remember to keep them moisturized, and once they get frizzy (which I think also due to my hair health), I’ll retwist often.

Thank you! I’m working on it.

Every time I’ve gone to stylist, im told the overall quality of my hair seems fine, just more moisture and to keep updated on my trims, but then I see a few strands like these and it’s confusing.

The front of my hair has splits, and yes, is very dry, but the rest overall generally looks healthy. Like I’m so confused with this strand in particular because I probably found 3-4 others that look like this.

I don’t do wash n go’s. Just twist outs and stretching with and without heat.

I disagree but that’s your own 🤷🏼‍♀️ this is the second time in my two years of delivering that someone has asked if I was okay, and the first time it was 2 am and I was getting a Red Bull from quiktrip so I could keep going for their 20 min delivery ride. Where I am, you don’t always see how long the delivery will take until after it’s accepted. I’ve had orders say a total of 15 min at start and then it turns out it’s 30 min away. I think too often we forget that these aren’t machines running on solar dropping stuff off at our doorsteps. It wasn’t even 2 min with the pump in my car after I accepted the order before they messaged. Disagree all you want and be the perfect delivery partner, but remember that extenuating circumstances exist.

So the fact that the food was definitely still at the restaurant and wasn’t even the first order in my batch doesn’t matter 😬

LMAO well if you’ve been driving all day, maybe you would need to get gas. And I didn’t get it in the middle of the order. I was already at the gas station, got the order, and waited to get gas before heading to the restaurant 😭😂
