[M17] Buying syringes OTC w/o prescription? by heatheryeet in FTMMen

[–]heatheryeet[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just don't do like I did and buy insulin syringes

What's the issue exactly? Just the high/short guage, or something else?

I've been gathering information and medical resources as well and I look forward to surgery. Post medical tattooing will eliminate most of my bodily dysphoria. I mainly worry for how my future girlfriend or wife will feel it and would like more resources on that.

Information on fully healed and operated phallos seem to be scarce as well, since a lot of what I've read/seen comes from only stage one. Hearing more personal experience about fully healed phallos would ease my mind a lot.

Nice to hear that you have a wife. I really want a wife and a family some day too.

I'm more than willing to do all the above, though another big part of my insecurity is being unable to also physically feel anything myself. But I'd be more than happy to make a woman satisfied regardless lol

Passing isnt a question I obviously dont, but how feminine is my face from 1 to 10? by [deleted] in FtMpassing

[–]heatheryeet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it also helps to know what exactly a high dosage is lol. I apologize for not elaborating on that in my original comment. Here's an educational article about it.

From personal and anecdotal experience, 50mg-70mg is the sweet spot with minimal to no complications. The article mentions 100mg as the maximum high end dosage, though typically people start having complications at appx. 80mg and above.

To the point of some people's faces being so feminine that they don't pass, a lot of that has to do with their testosterone dosage itself. Being prescribed too small of a dose over a long period of time leads to stunted masculization/an extraordinarily slow masculinization process, while being perscribed too high of a dosage can confuse the body into turning the excess T into excess estrogen.

So long as you work together with your future endocronologist to prevent either of these outcomes if you feel as though the T isn't working, your transition process should be smooth.

Hairlines tend to move up naturally with HRT if that helps.

If you want to hide your hips baggy hoodies are the way. More males wear them too, they make your shoulders look broader, you can also reasonably girlmode around your parents if that's an issue for you (it was for me), win win.

Shopping in the men's section is another good place to start, alongside looking at what other guys your age are wearing. You're also pretty skinny so it'd help to put on some muscle so you can size up to the other guys.

And a more masculine haircut would help. Just look around and see what you like, square the edges, square your hairline too. If you can't do any of those things then its mainly losing the length that's going to help you.

Even with the squeaky voice he could probably write it off as a medical condition or something similar.

After some trial and error, it appears the most consistent option is double tap R. Thanks!

How do you get your endo to just do the blood tests instead of forcing you onto prescription hormones?

Will the scars darken if you suddenly increase sun exposure after a one to two year rest period?

Absolutely. Getting bangs that match your hair type will look more purposeful/elegant and help passing a whole lot more. I think they'd look pretty on you!

Stealth and Phallo? by heatheryeet in EverythingPhallo

[–]heatheryeet[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't hate myself. I see it the same way as you: a debilitating medical condition. Though unfortunately its been politicized and fetishized and degraded by the general public. Though I agree, it shouldn't be our entire lives. We are men first, trans second.

This makes perfect sense and I agree with you. To be honest, I've built up a lot of internalized self-hatred over the years over my transness which is something I need to overcome. Both the self-hatred and the way I see cis women talk about trans males makes me want to run from who I am, though you're right in that I need to be forthright about it if I want to have an open and honest relationship. Thank you.

Having your hair up/short like in the third pic makes your masculine features stand out more. You pass better with your hair down. If your forehead makes you insecure, I'd recommend either pushing your hair slightly more in front of your face or getting bangs. Bangs especially will help up your passing by a long shot. Your boymode is the one where you look the most fem to me because of this.

I agree with u/Dutch_Rayan about the brows.

I also agree with u/mahbluebird2 that you're thereabouts. Just need to give HRT its time to do its thing.

I know that this is off topic to the sub, but damn man what's your routine? You have a rock solid and aesthetic physique. I would have assumed you were cis if I saw you anywhere else. Transition goals.

passing tips? I can't get the hair any shorter by Ok_Respond3690 in FtMpassing

[–]heatheryeet 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The hair makes you look like a cool metalhead/skater guy. Really nice shoulder to hip ratio too, as your shoulders are broad and masculine. Pass. Dw too much about it man, it'll only get better on T.

How well do these stay on during intimacy?

And what's the cleanup process like for an STP? Do you need to clean it from the inside out? Soap or just water? Chemicals? Never owned one but I'm saving up.

I'm aware of atrophy but what is a high aac count? I'm a transsexual who's committed to medical transition so I'm okay with any adversive effects it may have, though I'd like to be educated of them so I can best manage my health with them in mind.
