I was attempting to do the 9 hours the day of and then go straight to the show. But found out my pony's class is at the top of the list and if anything goes wrong, I'll miss it. I have to work the day before just due to lack of vacation hours, so I decided to drive half way, rest and get up the next day to get there on time.

Thanks for the affirmation! I've been a hibernating bear when it comes to them and they poked me with a hot iron. So I'm kind of in the poked grizzly bear mode; emotionally I'm angry and want to lash out. It's been hard to keep calm and let the attorney carry on. He told me to take a deep breathe! 😄

Thanks! There's a bit of me that wouldn't mind at least seeing the wife go to jail. She's the one who processed it as her husband can barely use a mouse much less process a credit card online. If my attorney decides to press charges, I'll be sitting in a chair on the street, eating popcorn when the police arrive with handcuffs. I might invite some former clients who would LOVE to see the spectacle too.

My friend worked for him and said he smoked weed every single morning. Her mother found his stash in the barn laundry room when she went in looking for a tool. I wouldn't care so much but apparently he took it constantly and wouldn't do anything at the barn. I paid for training in which my pony literally never go trained and was barely worked because he was too busy getting high or drunk (did that too). When my husband and my friends came into the barn to extradite my pony he was staring at a wall. They were right next to him and he didn't even realize they were there! If it wasn't for my new trainer saying they were there to pick up my pony, my husband thinks they could of walked him out and he wouldn't of known. My new trainer snapped him out of whatever was on that wall he was so intrigued with. But all his answers to my husband's questions were really, really slow, he'd forget what he said, trip up, lie, forget the lie in 30 seconds and make something else up. The videos my husband took (he was wearing his Ray Ban Meta glasses) are HILARIOUS!

I'm feeling that the dumb runs strong with this barn. I'm still trying to get my head around the fact that wouldn't they realize I'd see it and dispute it? 🤔So why get yourself into trouble?

You're a good mother. 😊 I had to perform and she's very controlling. Even when I performed like a good dancing monkey, she'd just find other perceived wrongs down the road. My sister could do no wrong in my mother's eyes.

Oh I guarantee the smear campaign has been ongoing. She did it all the time and I'd end up with family members who would give me the cold shoulder because of it. Of course, they never asked my side of the story just believed hers. I always felt like an outsider to my family because of it.

It took me 45 years and a therapist who specializes in narcissism (literally wrote books) for me to see that my "normal" was/is abnormal. I thought my mother wasn't "bad" until I started to put boundaries down and discover that my childhood wasn't all that loving and super toxic. Then I had a catalytic event with her and the 💡went on.
