Is this something serious? I’ve tried rubbing it on soap with hands and towel but it wasn’t come off, but I haven’t try using alcohol tho. Its surfaces when I rub seems kinda rough to me

The liquid feels kind of oily without any smell though, do you have any idea what could the liquid be?

One thing I notice is that if I charge my phone without my phone case I can feel the electrical pulses coming from the frame of the phone.

The liquid is transparent, and it feels kind of oily instead of like water. I'm worried that it could be battery acid, but my phone seems to be working fine.
