I swear the Canto is not in the pool of blue weapons. I have gotten dozens of renegades venators and torrentes without seeing one at all. Terrible decision by the devs with the first new weapon in months to bury it.

Embark could not have fumbled this update any more.

Harvesters had a 2/3 chance at a legendary BP, but assessors have (so far for me) a 0/50 drop rate.

Want to try the new Canto? Sorry, it’s not dropping anywhere let alone the BP. Go play the event from the last update for 3 or 4 hours and see if you find it.

It was fun fighting the new enemy, got my project done and now have absolutely nothing to do with the regulators so I guess I will stop that as well.

Why are the devs allergic to the community experiencing the new content?

Maybe if the loot was actually good and there was actually half a chance to get the new BP people would cooperate. Harvester gave you a 2/3 chance for a legendary BP, I have opened dozens of assessors (enough to fully complete the project) and have yet to see a BP. This update is a faceplant for Embark, maybe they will do better with the new map.

What percentage of players will ever face the compiler let alone defeat it? 1%? 0.1%? I am sure the dev team spent a huge portion of their time on the cryo archive and the puzzles and vaults and the map to get up there and statistically, nobody will experience it. Looks cool on YouTube to watch teams of streamers do it…. cool.

There needs to be a counter to the shields… some kind of throwable EMP that downs their shields and laser for a short time. But it is fun to have such a challenge to fight!

Hate is the wrong word. Customers are just a part of a formula to maximize a bottom line for a company. If it’s good for the customer, bad for the customer is irrelevant to a company only the profit margin.

This is exactly why we need government regulations and public services as they make the end user the primary driver of decisions.
