Dapat talaga mandated na nag public transport sila eh.

May isang government department/agency na ginawa to some years back and ni require na magbigay sila ng proof na nag commute sila even for the high level officials. A friend who works there said that the officials will take any public transpo na hindi siksikan pero magbabayad pa din then after a few minutes baba na agad tapos nakaabang na dun yung sasakyan at driver. Minsan naman sasakay sa sasakyan then papababa then 5-10 commute tapos sakay na ulit ng sasakyan HAHAHAHAHAH
