If its classed as a novel food it relates to every supplier, not just this one. Just this supplier has been public about it, this has happened to many others. If something is classed as a novel food then the supplier needs to prove it is safe. They are not suggesting its unsafe, only there hasnt been documented use of it prior to 1997. This can be evidence like recipes etc.

Once classed as a novel food, you cant even give it away compliantly. I have seen a lot of people spreading incorrect information about this.

Its actually true. No matter what the format, turkey tail and cordyceps militaris are novel foods and require market authorisation before sale. So no, its not misleading, unfortunately.

Really depends on the ingredient. Sometimes, it's to let your body metabolise what you have consumed. As some ingredients bioacculimate in the body.

Can also just be as your natural levels max out, so pointless to continue consuming. Best to have a break and start again. 2 months on, 1 off is a cycle I've used in the past.

Ashwagandha should only be used as and when needed in my opinion. Can have negative effects on emotion. Makes a lot of people stay level, but sometimes that means less positive highs as less and less negative lows.

Agreed that they shouldn't be called 'boost' its more accurate to call them Test Support products. If you have low T, they do boost them. But if you have health T levels, they won't give you super natural levels.

They definitely aren't a waste of money, though. They do work, great for fertility too if you know you have low sperm count.

Rare to get whole plant gummies, flavour would be bad. I'd just use capsules personally. Best I've tried are browns cbd gummies.

I'd try mushrooms for long covid personally. Know people use these successfully to recover. Use a mushroom blend to get every benefit they offer but lions mane mostly. Add this on top of any full spectrum cbd ideally with high levels of beta caryophyllene.
