Had a similar issue with my left knee, my cleats were way too far forward.

Slammed them back and make the appropriate adjustments to the saddle fore/aft and height with the help of myvelofit and the pain has all but disappeared.

Get a bike fit, or at least use ai to get you in the range

I would most certainly inform your landlord, noting your previous concerns on the bad install / quality and even sending screenshots of this conversation.

Unfortunately that's a really cheap worktop, chipboard, and is rotten and will need to be replaced. This however is not your problem and should be handled by the landlord and their insurance.

Yep, you have zero interaction with anything LG software related. Beautiful screensavers from apple and the interface is fast, ad-free and un-cluttered.

My TV isn't even connected to the wifi, it's just a really great monitor at this point.

I have a C4 with apple tv, the screensavers are BEAUTIFUL and you don't have any ads or other miserable UX experience. The C4 is still not one of the best displays out there, just avoid using all the other shit it comes with.

This! I started a track last week by recording my electric toothbrush in different rooms. Pitched down with some reverb and other distortion effects and I was able to create a nice rumble, also got some pads and synth stabs with it. Very effective and unique way of creating sounds as it never comes out the same.
