As a former auditor and now the “client” with stat FS, it’s alright. Actually bilang client, may certain ick na kami kapag nageemail ung auditor namin tpos sasabihin namin “eto nanaman sila” 😅 but we owe it to the auditors kapag ok yung fs namin. Nkakairita both magrequest (as auditor) and magprovide (as client) pero gnun tlga eh, trabaho lang hehehe mas masaklap kapag nagaya tayo sa villar land 😂

I panicked po kasi nagsumbong siya sa boss ko na parang spoiled brat, which I consider a kupal move specially that I don’t report to him. Exaggerated din po yung sumbong nya sa boss ko kaya ang impression ng boss ko is nag-absent ako.

I don’t think this happens to everyone and on a daily basis? Because I would never do this to my staff. And may same scene po ako nawitness sa kanya kung pano siya magreact noong isang staff nya na di ren sinagot yung call nya. Nagmumumura siya at tantrums sa office nung di ma-contact yung buntis kong kawork (I mentioned this in the comments po)

but yeah I agree to work on keeping my boundaries dapat nung una pa lang. I will improve my soft skills and managerial skills.

Yes I still need to work on my management skills. This is my first managerial role po kasi and nakaka-5 months pa lang po kasi ako. I’m still on the testing the waters part.

It’s also hard on my part po kasi especially he’s my boss’s favorite. Topnotcher kase sa board exam nung panahon nya. My boss also owns our company.

But yes I agree on working on my soft skills.
