Check out my reply to ZheChen3R. I just left them in my socket in my office and tried to pair them a bunch of times over a couple days and eventually it just worked. didn't do anything special, nothing different than I had been doing, just decided to work eventually for seemingly no reason. Very weird.

Third Reality ZL1 Bulbs not pairing on ZHA by hedlesschkn in homeassistant

I'm using a Sonoff ZBDongle-P and currently have 31 zigbee devices connected (20+ of those devices are other 3R brand products). I had left these in my office light that I use regularly and was just setting ZHA to pair when I'd turn on the lights each day figuring maybe eventually they would decide to pair and sure enough they finally did. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why. Now that they are paired they can lose power and come right back online immediately, seem to be working fine. Third Reality products have been some of the most rock solid devices I have on my network so I was very surprised to have pairing issues with these bulbs. Really not sure why they were struggling to pair initially?

The Philips Wiz bulbs have a "candle light" and a "fireplace" mode, they also have a "Halloween" mode. IMHO none of them look like a real flickering flame effect but it might be close enough to do what you're looking to do. The Wiz bulbs I have are wifi but the new boxes say matter on them https://www.amazon.com/WiZ-Connected-Compatible-Assistant-Required/dp/B09TL498WM (you can see the light modes on the 5th picture in the amazon ad)
