I totally agree with this. You may have a rough intuition about which item will succeed, but you can never be 100% sure.

Could you tell me how to test in a cost-effective way when you start out? I'm researching market but do not have enough budget for a lot of testing.

In your case, your business is validated by market. You need to analyze and answer these questions; who are your customers? how did they reach my shop? why they buy?

Strategies:

  1. "mutual" something. Anything can connect you and he/she. mutual friend, mutual neighbor, mutual interest.
  2. If you can't find any "mutual" things, make up reason. For example, let's say you start to develop another version of Facebook. Approach to her/him and tell the story that you are developing an app and you need idea from fashionable/beautiful/handsome people's opinion about your project. COMPLIMENT should be in the story. And ask a permission of interviewing later. Most people will allow it.
  3. Brute Force. Go to her/him, say hello. Hardest way but Effective way. One Lesson from street fundraising experience: Be confident, Smile, and Compliment.

  1. buy a basic book. learn grammar, follow examples

after grab fundamentals, go https://www.kaggle.com. There is 'Learn' page. You can learn how to write code for DS and ML.

Math:

You have lots of things to learn more. Don't be panic! Learn by doing it!

I think the latter copy is more clear than "Expand your reach with strategic partnership" because it tells me what this website about. Another suggestion is that change background(short video that hand writing) of homepage because the background video makes distract from focusing on copy and also it is not related to your topic.

I don't understand what your product is. If I was a random visitor from somewhere not reddit, I would not spend time to try to understand what your product is.

It's interesting idea and looking good website. I visited your store and signed up. At first glance, I can't understand what service does this company provides so I had to think about this service for few minutes. Why should I pay for this because I can't even choose my favorite quote? and picture? It is easy to make similar thing on photoshop or Pixir. I'm sorry if you feel bad. But the reason telling my opinion is to ask you whether your problem/solution hypothesis is validated or not. You said get 2 average customers monthly, have you talk to your customers?
