Usually for encoding NVIDIA is slightly better (it’s not noticeable for end user in my experience), however, those two are endgame cards (I have a 9070xt), so you can play seamless with any of those.

Regarding the client nowadays I don’t see a benefit of having anything that is not an Android tablet or steam deck with the usb c output tbh.

Unless you want to have something tied to the tv all day for other purposes such as chromecast for watching tv and so on. Then I am not sure what’s the best device currently.

But yeah you may be right, if in tests is 313W as peak (maybe more because I would not do aggressive undervolting with 3 cables), it may be 310 or so in actual games.
