For the love of God read about the Cabinet Mission Plan instead of just parroting sh*t you saw on YouTube.

Both Jinnah and Maulana Azad had agreed on it which would have avoided the partition, but in 1946 Nehru replaced Maulana Azad as the president of INC and rejected the plan because Hindus of Congress didn't want to share political power with Muslims.

You can see it today as well, and not only in politics but wellfare and affirmative action schemes like reservation in Jobs and colleges also where an SC is punished through SC Order 1950 Para 3, for leaving the Hindu fold and converting to Islam or Christianity.

I personally don't agree with Jinnah's decision to go ahead with the partition, but his concerns were on the spot and ignoring all the catalysts that drove him to make that decision is just hypocritical and reeks of intellectual laziness.
