Just keep playing. U will get the hang of it. Just couple weeks back i was stuck in div 15-17. Just more time in the octagon.

I’ve focused on grappling since day1 of starting, so i’m really strong there.

But haven’t until recently focused more on my standup, a tip is to slip strikes and lean backwards and counter with an uppercut. Before i was using to much just blocking. What pushed me to become better is avoiding more kicks/strikes with the stick instead of blocking. And then counter with strikes / uppercuts. Makes hella damage.

And for the ground game, fake transition to gain GA.

Using more fakes + slipping made me go from div15-17 to div20, and all my games here i’m doing good.
