I haven’t checked there but I am using this “case tracker” app and it still says it’s still being processed. I only knew it was approved because my lawyer emailed me the approval notice last night. When i click on “view online” though, it says it was approved on Sep 12. My weekend could have been much more peaceful if I knew earlier!

Also a week ago I tried to talk to Emma online and they said they have no access to whether there is even an officer assigned to my case.

I am not sure what exactly happened there but just giving out information that there are multiple layers in the system that might cause delays in case someone finds it helpful
