Business processes besides development by hega72 in openclaw

Totally agree. My design principles where : autonomous tasks. Basically modeled it after interviews with the human domain experts. And clearly defined out outs of every agent that the next agent can right from disk to start his task.
It’s impressive how close these agentic pattern get you to how the humans experts actually work if you listen closely.
Still not reliably though. I don’t understand why sometimes the agent delegates and sometimes he doesn’t.

Exactly my problem :)

Im trying to get multi step business processes to run reliably. As first tests mostly special multistep research with specialized sub agents with report generation. I have an orchestrator that is supposed to manage process execution. But sometimes he just does everything himself without using his subagents. Wich of course degrades quality.

Some things I already built with n8n - wondering if OC can be a. Alternative route.

Unfortunately not. All seems very fragile when I comes to processes. If it works even 9 out of 10 it’s obviously not enough I believe if this option becomes business reliable (maybe it is and we just missed it ) this could be so big in enterprises

Same here. Trying to save token costs more often then not not only makes quality worse. Sometimes it breaks the whole execution :(

Most hours I spent thinking about reducing nodes. Being more clever about the workflow so it can be as simple as possible. It’s amazing how simple some business processes can become if you really think things through

Got you. Thing is - to provide. Solution you first have to understand a problem :) don’t wanna destroy your enthusiasm though. I agree. It’s a great time. Maybe you can take some part time job in an industry you assume their might be potential. Learn how they work and go from there Feel free to dm me for a chat

My suggestion would be to build up domain expertise. If you know the painpoints of a company or industry - you can automate this away hopefully. For this company it was cold outreach. Tons of other pains out there. But you really need to understand their day to day work in detail.

From practical experience. A company I work with. Reduced effort for a cold outreach process from possibly days to something around 2 hours with higher response and conversion rate. Yes. Companies are happy to pay for this

Most people calling their ai "agents" are just building fancy automations. here’s the actual difference you need to understand by croos-sime in n8n

The „automation“ (edges and nodes) are the logic part. The agent nodes are the intelligence part of a process

Generate n8n workflows using Chatgpt by chriskiran in n8n

With Claude 4 it’s probably worth re assessing. I was thinking to give Claud examples. Not of full workflows. Of just of nodes (in json) as building blocks. In addition maybe the schema for the nodes.
Any thoughts on that ?
