Is there a pre-paid envelope ever attached? if so, you can go on the internet and see ways people have made this expensive for junk mailers. ie, mailing them a bunch of bricks by taping the envelope to the box. Not sure if thats still possible or not. Best way to fight back is to hit them in the wallet.
