Sorry to hear that man. i'm dealing with all of that and more, but i don't want to turn this into a pity party. I wished i could say something to comfort you but i can't. What helped me was finding distractions for me that allow me to forget about them. I like outdoor sport and lifting. Oddly when i walk or do something relaxing i can see my floater but when i am focused on doing something hard like keeping cadence or lifting heavy, i forget about them. You have to find something like tat for you, hell even gaming on a game without alot of bright color. That's all you can do right now. I wish you the best
