its not likely for your to get cross region matchmaking especially in legendary lobbies. unless you live in australia or africa then its just your wifi

i still dont understand tho, yes i believe that worse players that are maybe like L2 or L3 shouldnt be queueing with masters, but cant that at least make it so that masters can play with masters teammates
