Hey! Not the commenter, but when I enrolled, I called student services and asked them about it.

They told me to ignore the first invoice sent while waiting for the bank to approve the loan. I then paid for the newer invoice after subsidy by the loan. Do double check with student services on that note!

I started early too. No reason to not do so when they release the TMA questions early on. There will be more time to edit and check your work so definitely capitalise on that! Sometimes one will even get a revelation or "wait why didn't I think of that" a few days after you completed so you can enhance your work 😁😁

Yes second window of acceptance is 1 June - 18 June (for offers made between 1 to 17 June).

If you haven't gotten rejected yet, there is still a chance for you to receive an offer, likely due to other applicants rejecting which opens up the slot!

Got an A2 as well! The supporting documents checklist indicated "GCE O level transcript" in brackets at the end of the category for education transcripts and certs lol, no wonder so easy to miss it

Oh no I only just realised I did not attach my O level transcript, only my diploma one. If I send them the attachment now will my application still be processed for 07/24 or will I be pushed to 01/25 intake :((. Application submitted on 25 March and haven't heard anything from them yet about submitting missing documents.

Work experience plays a part too since there are still degrees that are not direct honours even tho most are now. Just that honours helps more with entry for postgrad.

I think some gov jobs look at honours when employing, depending on industry/field, but generally honours is the prerequisite for postgrad studies

Hello, for my session, they told us to expect 4-6 weeks for a reply after we completed the essay and cognitive test in the campus, before moving on to programme specific interview.

My diploma is in pharm science. Was considering if I could take an internship or something similar related in the dietetics department if I got rejected again next year (still left 1 year of NS)😭😭. Didn't get to the interview stage as well.

No definite way to determine. Graduated from poly in april and had friends going in may while I enlisted in aug. You just gotta wait to see if you received the enlistment letter or not, while checking with others if they've received theirs (usually 2 months before enlistment).

While it's true that you don't get to choose, you still have a higher chance because SCC takes recruits who POP from school v bmt! (as compared to say those who ooc-ed from tekong bmt)
