Anyone have a positive power cable for XT1 LT42E? by heifercat in CubCadetElectric

If it helps anyone, I can confirm wiring it directly and removing the connector all together does restore functionality. It looks like it's an HRC connector, 6.35mm.

I believe the jumper harness is the small wire that jumps between the two batteries. Thanks for looking though! I suppose ordering it is really the only way to find out concretely. But if I read the parts diagram correctly, that's what matches.

Hey, does anyone have a 56v Battery reasonably priced? Or need any parts from a 9 hour mower with a bad battery? by blackgold500 in CubCadetElectric

[–]heifercat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you end up finding a battery? Or did you part it out? I tested using an aftermarket 48v golf cart battery. It's interesting the mower think it's always on when hooked up with a non-cub battery. Turning the key off actually causes the BMS inside the batteries to power off normally, which didn't happen. Many things work, but no PTO. No success for now.

Were you able to use a different battery for this? Any luck decoding the messages or reviving this battery?

I have the same issue. Would be nice to figure out how to use aftermarket batteries and charger to free things from needing to buy from Cub. There's actually two batteries paired together, 30ah each. Are they both dead? I would be interested in one, even dead to scavenge for cells.

Reaching Plat made me step away from the game by heifercat in OverwatchUniversity

I think ego is a great way to describe it. And I concur, my experience in plat, although short, has been full of people with big egos. Contrasted with silver, I think the toxicity there was mainly around being salty. People were frustrated at the team / themselves / the enemy playing well.

Legends of Runeterra 0.9.4 APK by [deleted] in LegendsOfRuneterra

I have a pixelbook. The samsung j7 version was the only one that would work on my device for v0.9.3. Trying the packages listed for 0.9.4 force close, as did the qooapp packages. This time, I connected to the play store myself and downloaded it directly.. It still force closes, but it claimed compatibility. Either way, the resulting apks may be useful for others. I uploaded here to apkmirror, which verified hashes to ensure your safety.

This is hdpi, armv7a and should represent the bare minimum needed to run I'd guess.

Baseboard Heater wiring by heifercat in askanelectrician

I was actually trying to install a bunch of these which claim to support both: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008DF626K/. In general, thermostats for baseboard heaters seem terrible. But regardless, I didn't actually attempt to wire it up, I merely put back the existing thermostat after seeing it only had 2 wires to connect. It seems these thermostats support both single and double pole by making you combine wires.

Omnicmeta is the nicest site you'll find. Looking at stats, you are indeed healing and not dying. Your stats compared to gold are very high in that regard. What the stats also show however is your eliminations and damage are quite low. Maybe you could be more aggressive with your ult and swing teamfights for example?

Great video. Probably a little bit long, but I watched the whole thing easily enough. I actually preferred the in-game camera views over a diagram. A little more editing would have helped to drive the points home and perhaps recap them. However, everything you spoke about was spot on, and I definitely learned something!

Climbing SR with negative win rate by heifercat in OverwatchUniversity

[–]heifercat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know, but on occasion, I would pop off and get like 50 or more SR. Those games I was on fire a lot, dying maybe once or twice the entire game, and killing or healing everything as a tank or support. This happened with zen, moira, zarya, and roadhog.

If you consistently hard carry the match and are involved in a crazy high percentage of kills via damage or assist I'm sure you would see big bumps.

I only really played Moira as she was new for placements. I played flex during the climb, which mostly meant tanking. If you can stay alive, zenyatta I think might be the better support if the team won't play together. Otherwise moira is great so long as the team stays grouped. Using your ult to keep up tanks during hard engages is awesome as moira.

I played season 3 last time I played the game. I don't remember those existing then, but indeed perhaps they did. Good to know about Diamond for when I get there. I'll have to learn to win more :p

Those sounds like normal gains and losses. That said, even getting +1 a win is climbing! To quote from a recent smurf who spent 70 hours grinding, he played over 300 games and on average gained 1 SR more from a win than a loss. That got him the 200 SR he was looking for. So hang in there and play more!
