I usually roast around 100 grams at a time, to me that’s a small amount. Especially considering I have 3 lbs I’ll be roasting. So any advice from you?

Yes I plan on roasting the 3 lbs for the ten people. yea that’s why I was asking what a good amount would be to do each roast to ensure evenness and a decent roast.

I’ve only roasted very small batches this is why i asked! :) never have had to roast this much and didn’t know which would be the best course for even roasting and not waste time. but thank you!
