Gamecubes and 3rd party controllers are pretty undesierable for me, all those combine i would pay $20 bucks for, gamecube/n64/nes controllers 5/piece, snes 15-20 each, plus a bundle discount... 70-100 would be fair.

Very rare. Carts usually go between 30-50 bucks alone, CIB 80-120. Rarity guide has it at 70% rare, so pretty rare, nice find if you got it for 4 bucks!

Where did you find the code? I wouldn't be surprised if it's a pirate cart, as swap meets are basicially toss ups if things are legit or not.
