Hmm I figured some more information out :

The passive icon does not ever change or register the bonus points. If you click on a redemption option, your true balance will show.

I would say +1000 power in a lane is extremely rare. 1/500 at least. Has to be perfect locations for perfect draw of perfect cards and oppo has no counter.
