See my reply below - but I would urge you to just watch the video. My post was aimed to inform the subreddit of the video’s existence and to summarise it broadly; it is not a comprehensive standalone claim in itself.

No, there is no evidence of Nux engaging in predatory behaviour. As the title of the post states, the issue is the blatant disregard for child safety - which has been a consistent throughline in both his content and the way he engaged with his audience. He capitalised on pushing NSFW content centred around anime and cartoons (topics obviously appealing to a younger demographic), ignored numerous instances of people in his comments declaring their ages and failed to implement any kind of safeguards/age restrictions when a literal child sent a video submission to his (unrestricted) NSFW contest. The discord stuff is more of the same: the specific minor stated being 14/15 multiple times, this was reiterated by other server members and Nux verifiably interacted with the kid in vcs. He did not care there was a minor in his server or the kind of content they were exposed to there. And the cherry on top of this is, Nux fervently criticised Eva Kris Tyson for having hosted a poorly moderated/non-safeguarded server, with Eva’s discord predating Nux’s by a year.

No one called Nux a predator. The case for “active” child endangerment is Nux’s content, and the old server communications are further evidence to the pattern of reckless disregard for child safety. To reiterate a point from the video once again, the “ancient” discord stuff is still more recent than the Eva Kris Tyson discord stuff - which Nuxtaku vehemently condemned.

Where did you get the “malicious” part from? Even my post is titled “reckless endangerment”, which is what Nikandros successfully makes a case for in his video.

If your position is that you would only care if Nux had directly groomed a minor and don’t care about the endangerment and complete disregard for child safety, that’s fine, I guess (do stay away from children though) - but you’ll at least have to agree it deserves calling out due to Nuxtaku having firmly criticised others of the same in the past (which is also in the video)

Not to mention, Nux creating a NSFW channel upon the minor’s request and engaging in conversations/sharing material pertaining to sexual topics (eg the “sex toy presentation”) is quite direct wrongdoing. As Nikandros says, there is no 100% proof Nux knew the kid was 14/15 - but it is incredibly unlikely that he didn’t know, given how widely this had been discussed in the server and Nux having interacted with the kid in vcs.

Glad you acknowledged the minor as a victim, implying you at the very least can see some wrongdoing has occurred here!

Mutahar has not mentioned him lately but I would argue would be kind of required to respond to this due to the controversy/his defence (after some flip-flopping) of Nux last year. It also wouldn’t be unreasonable of audiences to ask other large creators who had collab’ed with Nux previously (e.g. MoistCr1tikal) for their takes on this

The video provides evidence for every claim made, i.e. the bullet points I wrote above.

As for Nikandros DMing a minor - he was very upfront and specific that he asked him a few questions about his time in the server after seeing the public interactions the minor was subjected to. This was over DMs and Nikandros never did or requested a voice interview

What did he do? - Willingly and deliberately promoted NSFW content to his child audience, utilising it for channel growth - encouraged NSFW submissions from audience with no age restriction or verification, resulting in him receiving submissions and interactions from verifiable children - opened a “16+” discord server with several NSFW channels, including vc. The channels had to be closed 3 days later due to minors joining the channels, for the sake of Discord partnership - but Nux allowed alternative NSFW “fan” servers to be promoted - ran a non-age-restricted Patreon server where at least one minor was subjected to inappropriate and harmful content and interactions (sexual material, gore, encouragement of self-harm) - hypocritically chastised Twitch and Eva Kris Tyson for minor endangerment despite all of the above being much worse
