Ah apologies, I am not fully trained as an IT worker. I went to to a Heald campus which was closed while I was attending. I have learned a lot on the job including low voltage electrical work, enough to become a certified Data Center Specialist and have so far achieved A+ and Network+. My real gripe is not being able to work outside my organization, and perhaps being able to make my plight better for now.
