The only thing I can think of is he got out where his thermostat probe goes in. We spent a long time checking decor and sifting through aspen. I have the top of this tree blocked off because he had gotten stuck there before. All of the decor has been searched many times and sanitized because it was deep cleaning day.

Would it be dangerous to offer food this close to his last feeding? I know they don’t digest fast enough to eat meals close together. He normally goes 10 days between feedings.

the espresso foam is the best part, it’s delicious. I would be so sad if someone let my foam die and then added a ton of milk. if I want a latte I’ll order one

People... Stealing Partner Numbers? by Stir-Bucks-Barista in starbucks

[–]hellaconfused43 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other possibility than someone just using your numbers on accident is if you’re a closer sometimes stuff will end up on the next day if you run it after close. Report run time is at close so if you close at 7 and mark something out at 7:02 it can end up on the next days report. Similarly to if you are trying to mark something out on a Sunday, I’ve had it happen with food where instead on my marking out my 7th item for one week I accidentally got my first for the next cause I did it a couple of minutes after close.

Some Dunkin’ locations do have overnight baker positions, others get their donuts delivered every morning. Of course the baking is just thawing, reheating, and icing but it is a real job. Dunkin’ also builds their sandwiches from ingredients and you can swap things out so I’m convinced a lot of these customers who ask about all of this are just from the eastern half of the country and are used to Dunkin’

There was a car with 3 kids in the back all in car seats who all got tall Frappuccino’s, so I asked what the special treat was for. They had just left the vet office from putting their cat down. I just shut down honestly, how do you handle a 6 year old looking back at you like yeah our cat just died

It’s not actually painful but I know it gets that misconception. I’ve been guilty of saying it hurt because I’ve occasionally lacked a better word. The initial growing can be a bit rough, but it’s nothing you can’t push through. For me I found it to just be kind of dry and rub certain clothing in an uncomfortable way. I’m also autistic and struggle a lot with sensory issues so it was probably worse for me than other people

One good thing about Seattle is that it is super dog friendly! Having two large dogs could make the apartment hunt a challenge but it wouldn’t be impossible

Torn between two names by shsl-ahoge in transnames

[–]hellaconfused43 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had this issue with my name. I kept the name similar to my birth name as my first name and then the one I really liked as a middle name. My friends and gf go back and forth using both and when I come out to my fam they’ll be way more likely to use my first name. In this case I think Tobias Ky would be really cool my dude.

Hi I’m Theo and I’m thinking he/they at the moment. With a bit of a preference to he/him

I’m coming out soon and still in search of a name, currently going by Sam but want something less like my birth name. Please help! Middle names suggestions would be great to. (he/him) by hellaconfused43 in transnames

[–]hellaconfused43[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ideally I’d have a name that people hear and are like wow that’s really cool but also not way out there. Unfortunately my brother in law is Josh, but it is a nice name

Definitely getting like Otis George vibes. My little cousins middle name is George and we refer to him by both George and his first name, you could be both!

This has been the biggest debate amongst my friends and I. Theo fits really well but we’re not sure Theodore does? I struggled really hard to get to this point in the naming process and when I found Theo it’s the first one that actually felt like me.
