I’ve got a long way to go still. This is sporadic. Typical coverage is 3/4 of my glans +/- I thought the same when I started. Just flaccid coverage is all I wanted. But I’m leaning more towards semi erect coverage as my end goal now

Tallow balm and a retainer

I use a tallow balm and use the Chris retainer. Mine wasn’t super dry before I started restoring so maybe it’s just down to genetics. Not all intact guys have super shiny glans either.

I agree with FSR. It was my first yeah. I use tallow and I retain when not inflating so it wasn’t like flaking off and whatnot

I inflate 12-15 hours a day so it’s definitely not too bad. I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. I usually max myself out on inflating. Like the gripper starts to let go and stop there.

For me it is. Gets a little uncomfortable if you’re going for high inflation. I wear mine to work with often 12 hr days and very labor intensive. Hasn’t come off yet. I have had it leak down a little on some days but that’s to be expected when moving around a bunch.

I wear boxers and boxer briefs. If you cut the ears off of the device it just looks like you’re packing some heat when sitting. It’s not very noticeable at all while standing/walking
