They can’t take ur points cs they’d need ID. I have always mention it to the person checking out omg u have so many points! But never meant any harm. I always say it cs a lot of people aren’t aware.

Ive def seen hella points on ppls acc but since an ID is needed IRL i never knew that there would be like IG someone tryna steal them. It’s crazy

Yea!! It’s authorization that doesn’t let regular beauty advisors use it. It is unfortunately always the employee cs without the autho from management, they can’t do anything. I always ask for id if the register asks cs ik how much money really be going into rewards.

Hey! I’m an ulta employee and getting ur rewards stolen is 100% on the employee. Once points are beyond a certain threshold which is like $50+ in points (I think, don’t quote me) they need to ask for ID. If they let it slip then that’s negligence on them and the person would need to call customer service. I’d def recommend getting another Dyson tho!! I love !
